
About Betsy Anderson:
Owner/Operator of bWell
Growing up in Central Wisconsin, I was always an active kid and my interests in fitness started at that age I suppose you could say - I was a competitive figure skater for almost eight years before I discovered my passion for running.
Throughout Junior High and High School, I was in multiple sports - Track and Field always being my primary sport. My first experience in a gym was my Sophomore year of High School, I joined Power Lifting and was getting my first taste of organized strength training. Being a shorter person, I was picked on a lot and Power Lifting taught me how size didn’t matter, I felt strong, I was confident in myself, and it truly changed me. I knew that I wanted to work in a career where I had a chance to do the same for others.
I have a degree in Kinesiology from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, along with five additional certifications that I maintain and upkeep my education in. Knowledge is power and I intend to continue my education to better support the needs of my clients as well as my own personal growth!

Partner Training can help invite more fun into your training session and also challenge you with a little friendly competition! Personal needs will still be taken into consideration and modifications will be made as needed.

This is a great option to consider if you have an injury history, struggle with stretching enough on your own, want to improve your lifting but need help with “loosening up” areas, or just want to move and feel better!
