1v1 Personal Training
1v1 Personal Training is truly customized to your body’s needs with your goals in mind.
You will receive private access to an app where your workouts, weekly PT scheduling, nutrition and lifestyle goals will be accessible for your use.
The app allows you to log your own weigh-ins, create your own workouts in addition to what is provided, log nutrition, take progress photos, and communicate with your Coach.
Optimal for individuals seeking programs that need to be designed around injury/medical conditions OR have specific training needs.
Need/Want weekly accountability
Partner Training
Sometimes more is better!
Partner Training can help invite more fun into your training session and also challenge you with a little friendly competition!
Personal needs will still be taken into consideration and modifications will be made as needed.
This is an ideal option for those who have more experience in fitness and understand overall lifting technique; however, this does not require an experienced lifting background.
Personalized to meet the overall goals of both individuals

Personal accountability outside of training session

If you don’t have flexibility then you cannot achieve proper mobility, and without proper mobility, you cannot achieve the fundamentals in proper lifting techniques.
