Virtual 1v1 Personal Training
Can’t make it into the studio for an in-person session? Virtual 1v1 Personal Training is optional!
Available as a 30-minute or 60-minute appointment. Requires FaceTime, Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.
You do not need to have equipment to complete in-home virtual training! Please provide a list of fitness equipment you DO have prior to your appointment so that your Coach can program appropriately.
Online Programming
Knowledgeable with your lifting but need something new or better direction? Online programming is an excellent alternative option! With the online platform you receive the following:
Personalized plan to meet your goals! We will program your training plan off of the equipment available to you and to whatever your commit can be (days/times)!
You will have access to your plan from anywhere you want! All programming is provided with videos to eliminate any confusion and to encourage confidence within lifting!
You will be able to track your strength numbers, and if you like, progress pictures!
You will be provided with a monthly calendar which will include rest days and some options for cardio!
You will have a monthly check-in to discuss your progress, complete measurements (if applicable), and discuss the next phase of programming.
Supplement Advisory
Have you purchased ALL the supplements that have hit the market in the last three years and lost your way? Not sure you need to be taking everything? Not sure if you are taking the best quality products? As a certified Dietary Supplement Advisor, we can help sort out those issues with proper evaluation through symptom questionnaires, lifestyle, personal fitness needs/goals, and any additional personalizations.
